North Carolina native Taylor Phillips is a talented lyricist signed to Tape Room Music and Warner Chappell Music Nashville. Taylor landed in Nashville, TN in 2013 and quickly made a name for himself in town as a uniquely talented writer with a poetic country perspective. He has collaborated with some of Music City’s biggest names, cowriting smash #1 hits including “Thinkin’ Bout Me” by Morgan Wallen, “World On Fire” by Nate Smith, “Good As You” and “Like I Love Country Music” by Kane Brown and “Hurricane” by Luke Combs, and “Country Looks Good On You” by Frank Ray. His recent radio charters include “Love You Again” by Chase Matthew, “Up” by Luke Bryan, “Rolex On A Redneck” by Brantley Gilbert and Jason Aldean, and more. In 2020, Phillips joined the Tape Room Music family in partnership with Warner Chappell Music Nashville, where he continues to showcase his craft and write quality songs with quality songwriters.
